There is a good skin care product that will clean the skin, improving the health of your skin?

I noticed that the skin care products are commonly used to treat just acne, or only aging / wrinkles. There are products that combine the two? I tend to have oily skin, but dry very easily with certain products. It is very dry during the winter months, greasy, but during the summer. I also have very large pores.
