I have a problem with skin peeling?

I have this new product called "skin whitening Yoko" is basically like a cream thing to make your face look whiter.I used for about three days and everything was perfect. On the fourth day, I applied and later that night I used a pimple / black mask / Cream / washing machine that is a product of Neutrogena. The next day my skin had small flakes everywhere and has been for three days lotions already.I place about it and how it contributes to five hours, and peeling back again. Does anyone know any treatment for this thing? or any advice on what could be? thank you.
