asian guy 18 years old here wanting some tips on facial skin care?

I'm not asking how to clear my skin. I can be clearer if wanted, of course, and dark, if I wanted. Actually, I'm black from walking off campus too lol ... Anyway back to the subject, I want better skin smooth. I feel my skin is very rough, although I use facial wash and lotion. I'm kinda new to this so I could not even be using the right things. yeah another question. Like I said I can get light without bleaching. Sunscreen is enough to prevent my new skin cells from browning? I can not stay away from the sun, because I have to walk outdoors on my college campus to begin classes. Please do not suggest an umbrella ... lol too embarrassing to bring one of these.

well you could start using a face wash daily. moisturize your face every day .... and use sunscreen .. a good sunscreen is important. then twice weeks to go for a facial for men ... they will clean your face with cleanser and scrub it .... u can try natural products like aloe vera and basil ...
