Can anyone recommend a good fairness cream?

I am a dark skin tone and brown Indian and I want a fairness cream that will lighten my skin tone and erase dark lines on my neck.Form his experience that if -) garnier for men a power light) nivea for two: men bleaching 3) ponds white 4 miracle) nomarks 5) recova 6) Mederma and better if there is anything else, please recommend.I m not looking for results overnight, I'm willing to wait.

Hi, I I am not suggesting a fairness cream bt sumthing other than that. 1.) Apply moisturizer on ur face daily in their natural source is honey. 2.) Make a paste of Dudh Kachhar (Milk), besan and honey and a bit of u (turmeric can use lemon juice instead of milk), and apply on ur face and keep it for 50-10 minutes and wash it. 3.) But if u still want I use a justice CREAM WUD U SUGGEST USING LACTOCALAMINE .. 4) Another option is best applied cleanser, toner and night cream every night before bed (try Oriflame products, it works) 5.) Apply sunscreen all the time u go out in winter as well. 6.) Do not use for more fairness creams or beauty product, Sumtimes is bad too. Gud luck.
