What is the best whitening cream, without side effects .......?????? olay? Or loreal? Garnier? Neutregena? Pond?

I used to use a friend garnier.bt mother said no, blah, blah ... good it kept my skin tone even and acne when I go in the sun because my skin looks dark and I use a snblock good, but without success .......... so pls tell me which one is best? a good response any1 ?????

No cream is good as bleach bleach their skin and can ruin it if you use it for long term use. I suggest you use a natural remedy instead.
