Which is better, all natural beauty products or cosmetics quality?
Lately I've been wondering if I should "convert" a beauty throughout care. I came to this thought after reading multiple skin care guides advise you to use absolutely no chemicals, when it comes to caring after their beauty. And I mean all natural make my cosmetics (for skin and hair, etc. ..) I organic food (this should be easy, following the recipes from the internet). But that would be more or less effective at the end? I do not have acne or other skin problems, although not perfect. I'm still thinking natural organic products if they can top cosmetics good? What I'm looking for healthy beauty is possible. I love hearing opinions and experiences. Especially about the pros and cons both ways.
I recently got to spend all my organic or natural products. Its really helped my skin! I started using Avalon Organics facial cleanser (target. .. $ 10). I know my skin is not perfect either, but I have more than a healthy glow. Our skin was not designed to support a large quantity of chemicals or heavy cleaning. Using mineral and organic products are less harmful over time. And trace elements of chemicals that mess up your balance of the skin (and eventually end up in your body) are out of the question! : D Natural / organic products can outperform other products. They are certainly the healthiest option. It keeps me at peace knowing I am not polluting my body with chemicals. For me, this is number one: D
