Male Acne Treatment

I have oily skin and acne very smooth. Any suggestions?
I'm trying to decide between these products: system-Klear Action Acne Treatment Neutrogena solutions naturally high light, skin system of Nature Cure, Treatment of Acne Male Skin
I'm afraid I've never heard of, but in the past I used "Freederm", "Quinoderm" (the best) and "Sudocreme" that have been useful. To help with oily skin may try to hold your head over a bowl of steaming water (towel on head) for 5mins a couple of times a week, which helps unclog pores and thus wipe any dirt the bottom and oil. I have totally the same probs you so if you want any tips just one more message me or something! Oh, and also, try taking a zinc and a selenium supplement once a day, these minerals are great for my skin and I really notice it gets worse if I stop taking them.
