Different skin tones on the neck and between my breasts?

I shower every day and realize that the dark areas of my skin does not disappear, but return easily. Its a bit like the earth (I do not really know how to explain), but between my breasts and just below them, I have the same problem, they look like spots dirt even when I shower regularly. the area between my breasts look as if some kind of thing really takes the rough skin through the dark, I am tempted to use a cream called "Aqueous cream" that is made to ezcema. I wonder if there is anyone out there with this same condition, or any other creams, methods herbs, fairness creams that people recommend. I do not want another boy I know has this condition, all the women I see around me have the same skin tone from the neck down. Thanks for any suggestions in advance, I'm going on holiday, so it would be helpful. I live in London, so not sunny, and I am a woman.
