What is the best fast diet work?
I'm fourteen years old. I'm 5'1 "to 36C (nearly D) small frame than the boobs. I a flat butt, thin waist. I lost 40 pounds the summer of 2008 and I thought it looked good. But in December I gained 10 pounds. So now I'm 120 pounds. It made me realize I have flabby arms, big belly of loose skin, and chubby legs. I decided to lose 20 pounds by summer, it will be easy because I'm homebound for the rest of the school year so I'm always at home. I heard that dieting works best for babies. Please give me a diet of fast work. I do not care that your sick. and not give me this speech is Mr.Rogers as "everything you need to do is exercise and healthy eating," because trust me, I tried and never worked. To lose weight, last time I drank water ode and it was horrible. It also took me three months. So I want to do something different.
Not a simple equation for weight loss. Energy in> Energy Out = Weight Gain Energy Out <In = Energy Weight Loss Weight loss is very difficult. Because it involves a change of lifestyle and not a quick fix like a diet. I'll tell you a little secret that we learned at university that they do not want the public knows. Diets do not work. If someone posts an answer that involves a magic diet "pill" or "lose weight" program faster than they are lying. There are three tips I'll give you. They are not magicians, they are temporary, but they will work. Tip 1: Exercise (but not "boring") - go to the gym is boring, then it is not your thing. There are hundreds of activities that are fun and help you lose weight. A word of warning, however, the exercise is not working, unless the sweat, your legs feel tired and you do it for more half an hour three to five times a week. Everyone has time for that, and if you exercise with a friend who will be even more fun! (Do not assume the exercise will not benefit your friend because they are thin) Tip 2: Apples .... haha ok this is not an apple diet just crazy, I do not want to just eat apples. I am simply going to say before eating a treat (say a bowl of ice cream), eating a piece of fruit before. It seems strange, but why most diets do not work is that you are always hungry, and you can not give up your favorite foods for the rest of your life. It is better to eat a lot healthy snacks during the day and if you want to piece of cake, eat the first fruits. Tip 3: "Rome was not built in a day." You will not wake up tomorrow and suddenly start to exercise daily and eat healthy. Sep 3 goals a month that are things she can do. Eventually, the exercise daily and a healthy diet will not be so difficult. Do not be discouraged if you do not drop 100 pounds overnight, they remain good weightloss always going to happen slowly (usually only one pound per week). But keep it and eventually the weight will leave. STAY AWAY FROM YOU anything that makes drop weight rapidly (methamphetamine, cocaine, "fen-phen," etc.).
