Mac cosmetics causing severe cystic acne?

Ok I have acne and I take care of my skin, or else I leave my acne foundation badly.liquid worse so bad that I stopped using it to finish life.i began using skin mac and I still go out every blessed day.I heard that Mac is made for phase and makeup that could be what is affecting my skin.please, can you recommend a good powder (not liquid) foundation for my face acne?
